When you choose to purchase a print or framed print you are subject to the following terms and conditions.Please read these carefully as when you purchase your print ,you are agreeing to abide with these.
Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. The beauty in things reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via Eway.
Your order will be dispatched once the payment is made in full.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via a courier.
Unframed prints are handled with white gloves and rolled up carefully in a cardboard tube. They are couriered worldwide.
We custom make our frames which come with a museum grade Acrylic. We prefer an acrylic front so they are lighter and easier to hang.Framed prints are only available for shipping within Australia.
To avoid returned items, please ensure that your delivery address is up-to-date and correct when filling out your personal information.You will be responsible for any additional costs if we have to resend or re-issue a print due to an address error.
Delivery Estimates
Prints take 3-5 days and framed artworks take 5 - 8 days to create.

SA/WA Delivery: 5 – 6 Days
Delivery Rural areas: 6 – 12 Business Days
Internationally
UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days
USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days
Remote areas 14 – 21 Business Days
RUSH ORDER
In some instances we can do a rush order.Please email info@thebeautyinthings.com with your request and we will respond as quickly as we can.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs.As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. The beauty in things is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please make sure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
RETURNS
The beauty in things would like you to feel confident when purchasing online.
We ensure all items are professionally photographed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. We encourage you to double check your order before you checkout. If for any reason an item is not what you expected, email info@thebeautyinthings
Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork especially for you !
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We have a no return on sale policy.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All our art works are custom made especially for you.They are packed with the highest standard of care. We courier them to you door but if for some reason they have been damaged in transit, please make note of it to the courier and contact us directly by email hello@thebeautyinthings.com so we can replace it.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the courier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
PRIVACY
The beauty in things respects your privacy.Any personal information that you provide us with including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be sold or rented to any individual or company outside of this company The Beauty in things.
